You Can’t Afford To Guess

As an attorney, I receive dozens of telephone calls daily from desperate people looking for answers. Their questions are as diverse as you can imagine. One asks about a recent work injury and whether she will be compensated. Another asks whether an argument that resulted in a black-eye will result in criminal charges. My elderly mother broke her leg in a fall, but I can’t take time off-work to help her. Why did my insurance premium increase when I have never filed a claim? The doctor was rude to me when I asked him why my incision wasn’t healing. I filed a grievance through my union, but nothing happened. The car accident wasn’t my fault, but my insurance company won’t pay. They say I over-treated, even though I was following my doctors instructions. The insurance company paid me some money and said my claim was settled, but I’m still getting medical treatment. Can they do that? A pop bottle exploded and I got glass in my eye.

Ironically, with so much information at our fingertips, you would think that decision making would be easy. It is not. Information saturation has degraded our basic ability to make reasoned decisions. We live in a marketplace of ideas, where everyone competes for attention with catchy one-liners. Googling the internet brings up thousands of information hits, all of which have some relevance in varying degrees, but most of which are of little value and in actuality, are nothing more than distractions. The normal tools of reason are no longer effective in navigating through the maze of our society’s complication. When it comes to legal matters, what on it’s surface appears to be relevant is typically irrelevant, and vice versa.

Don’t get caught in a trap. If you have trouble, give us a call. We can help. Every day, that’s what our office is all about. We give you an edge. Where your vision is clouded with too much information, we can help. It’s all about judgment. What things are important, and what things are not. If you have a legal matter which is causing you trouble, perhaps information overload, give us a call. We can help navigate stormy weather. We exercise judgment and know what’s important, and what’s not.

We work hard to help you understand the system, and make things right for you. We sift through the facts to clear away the irrelevant and bring your claim into focus. We push hard to make sure you are fairly compensated. And, in the end, the greatest compliment we could receive is your recommendation that Rubin-Zyndorf made the difference.
